Shuttle Flights at Slate

We offer daily shuttle flights between some of North America’s most popular destinations and a charter program to transport our passengers with alternative needs for a private experience or to different locations. Our shuttles travel to Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale in Florida, as well as Westchester, Nantucket, and New York City’s most popular private airport, with more destinations coming soon.

At Slate, we use private fixed-base operators (FBO) for all of our flight departures and arrivals. This provides our passengers with an efficient and comfortable location to wait for their departure.

Please refer to your flight itinerary for the FBO name, address, and contact information. You can find your itinerary in the Trips section of your app or web-app.

Please arrive at the address listed on your itinerary 45 minutes before take-off. The boarding process will be completed 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

The Client Services team will provide all passengers with a seat assignment and map the day before departure. This will be updated automatically in your Trips section of your app the evening before departure.

Slate provides unique, innovative dining selections. 72 hours before your flight, an ordering link will be sent by text message and via the Slate App. Once you receive the notification, please click on the link and place your selection. All orders must be placed by 4 PM the day before departure. 

Effective as of June 22, 2023, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration now requires all passengers to provide their full legal name, date of birth, and gender for verification purposes. Please be sure to enter these details in the Trips section of your account no later than 3 hours before departure. Failure to provide this information may result in your inability to board the aircraft for your flight.

Yes! Please make sure your application is up to date to add your itinerary directly to your Apple Wallet. This way, you'll get timely flight updates and won’t miss any important notifications.


 

A child under two years of age is considered a lap child. Children two and older require an additional seat. Should you need to purchase any additional seats, please do so via the Slate app prior to your date of travel. 

Slate Shuttle is pleased to welcome your canine family members onboard all shuttle flights. Each passenger is allowed to bring one dog under 25 lbs. with them at no additional charge on every flight. To meet safety regulations, passengers traveling with a dog over 25 lbs. are required to purchase a second seat for their pet. When flying with your dog, you must provide the name, breed, and weight of the animal at least 48 hours before the date and local time of departure.

 

In accordance with FAA regulations, all animals aboard must be safely secured for takeoff and landing. Our team is fully prepared to assist with securing, and we have onboard harnesses for your use. Animals can either be placed in your carrier for takeoff and landing or utilize a harness that will be attached to your seatbelt. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our travelers.


 


 

Minors are permitted to travel alone if appropriate documentation is submitted at least 24 hours before departure. Minors aged 16 years and above may travel alone. 


 

Slate Memberships

Our membership starts at $595 annually and offers a primary passenger to travel at member rates on shuttle flights as well as up to 3 additional guests. Each membership is intended for a primary flyer.

You do not have to be, however, each seat will incur a $395 non-member fee. The purchase of two seats in one calendar year would make becoming a member cheaper than not electing to do so.

  2. Press login and type your registered email into the top field
  3. Press “Forgot Password?”
  4. Use the link emailed to you to create your new password
